These measurements are given unstretched. The will comfortable stretch 3 additional inches. I can also alter this IN 3 inches to be a SMALL rather than a MEDIUM.

The applique designs on the sleeves, shoulders, collar, front and back are all hand cut and top-stitched securely in place. I hand placed thousands of the very best crystals to best compliment the design. It's lovely in pictures but better in person! The black piping creates a long leaner line while the small notched neckline will help keep you a bit cooler. If you don't like your shirt zipped all the way up this will be perfect for you.
